I want tankers or rail, all you can produce..what can you do?
We know with Covid-19 things are a bit intense and many people ask about tankers. In order to accept a tanker you need to be able to have the means of unloading a tanker, which is not an easy task for amateurs. You also have to make sure that if you want to setup tanker pickups the tanker has been properly cleaned, including discharge hoses. We can do 8,000 gallon tankers and we can supply up to a max of 1.2 million gallons of ethanol per day. In the larger quantities we suggest going by rail line from our production facility in NY.
Can you recommend a freight carrier to help?
Yes, we recommend "John Rogers". Please call John Rogers 304-964-3950 or email jrogers@shipldi.com to help with transport of hand sanitizer bulk products.
How do donations work, and will you donate to our organization?
We retain a portion of some of our production for donations. We focus primarily on emergency services including police, EMTs, homeless shelters, and certain government agencies as a priority. If you want to inquire feel free to email us at sani@sunbeamlab.com and we'll let you know if you qualify and what we have available.
What form of payments do you accept and how do payments work?
We accept all major credit cards up to $2,500 and over $2,500 you must ACH or wire to our bank account. If you are doing a local pickup cash is also acceptable. Pre-payment must be made in full before orders are released for pickup or shipping.

Is your ethanol compliant with the FDA advisory? (We are FCC grade)
To address to the articles published by MSN, the Times, and Reuters regarding the closing of ethanol plants due to "dirty" product (actual FDA guidelines posted 4/15), I'd like to start off by letting you know the good news. We're an FDA registered plant and have addressed the guidelines prior to them being implemented. The main components the FDA are concerned with are Purity, Methanol, Benzene, and Acetaldehyde.
Purity must be over 94.9% ours is 99.5%
Methanol must be under 200 uL/L or 0.5% ours is 80 uL/L or 0.002%
Benzene must be under 10 uL/L and ours is 0.000%
Acetaldehyde does not have a standard from the FDA to be under, however Canada does and that is 1000 uL/L ours is less than half of that. Also acetaldehyde is on the FDA website listed as GRAS (generally regarded as safe).
Part 182, SubPart A, Section 182.60. Synthetic flavoring substances and adjuvants that are generally recognized as safe for their intended use, within the meaning of section 409 of the Act, are as follows:

What quality control do you use for ethanol content?
We utilize hydrometer and refractometer testing in house for ethanol content testing, as well as 3rd party GC-FID assay testing for batch lot confirmation. An example of such a test are below for 70% gel (shows 71%) and 80% liquid (shows 81%) by a 3rd party lab. Additionally, we have clarity testing by a 3rd party as well, and full batch traceability for audit compliance. Finally, we also do microbial testing for batches.
